Call for Abstracts
2027 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium
Orlando, FL
General Instructions
Welcome to ASTRO's Abstract Submission site. Scientific abstracts presented at the 2027 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium offer attendees the opportunity to share key findings with colleagues and engage with leading experts in the field.
We employ rigorous guidelines for submissions, so please review all information prior to your submission:
There is a $75 fee per abstract that is non-refundable. Notification of acceptance will be sent to the presenting author only in late November.
- Please proofread your abstract carefully for formatting, spelling, author affiliations, and data errors. Pay close attention to the author order and the presenting author designation.
- Review your confirmation email, as your abstract will be published exactly as submitted.
- You may make updates to your abstract until the submission deadline, Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
- The addition of new authors after the submission deadline is prohibited, as all disclosure acknowledgment statements must be submitted at the time of abstract submission.
- All authors must complete a Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure Statement, and it is the responsibility of the submitting author to ensure that all author and co-author disclosures are up-to-date and accurate.
- To assist in this process:
- Click here to download a PDF of the disclosure form. You can use this form to collect disclosures from the authors before entering them in the system.
- You do not need to submit this PDF form; you only need to enter the disclosure information into the online system.
- Authors may update their disclosure statements by logging into their MyASTRO account and navigating to the My Resources section to update Statements of Disclosure.
- Once an author has submitted their disclosure statement in their MyASTRO account, it will populate across their submissions.
A special panel of peer reviewers will review all late-breaking abstracts. The review process is double-anonymized, so please do not include institution or commercial names in the title or body of your abstract.
No names or titles should be included in the abstract text. Names will be automatically hidden during the abstract review process and will be automatically inserted and properly formatted upon publication. Presenting authors will be automatically informed of the unique ID numbers and passwords assigned to their abstracts. Abstracts may be viewed and modified at any time between submission and the deadline, using the assigned ID# and password.
